Returns Window

Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Must be in the same condition as received
- Custom, monogrammed, or made-to-order items are not eligible
Return Process
Please contact us at support@sovanahome.com before sending back your item. We'll provide instructions and a return authorization number if needed.
Restocking Fees
Some returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, depending on the supplier.
Return Shipping
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable carrier like USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
